What these are measured on

Prices and volumes are end-of-session, not live — “Most active” ranks the last completed session, and a listing whose bars have stopped arriving is left out rather than ranked on a stale one. Insider figures are open-market buys and sells only, over six months: grants, option exercises, tax withholding and company buybacks are all excluded, because none of them is somebody choosing to put their own money into the stock.
