Legend Biotech Corporation, through its subsidiaries, operates as a biopharmaceutical company that discovers, develops, manufactures, and commercializes novel cell therapies for oncology and other indications in the United States, China, and Europe. Its lead product candidate is ciltacabtagene autoleucel, or cilta-cel, which is a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR-T) therapy for the treatment of multiple myeloma (MM). The company also has a portfolio of earlier-stage autologous CAR-T product candidates targeting various cancers, including acute lymphoblastic leukemia, gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, small cell lung cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer. In addition, it develops allogeneic gamma delta CAR-T and allogeneic CAR-NK product candidates targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) for MM, which are in investigator-initiated Phase 1 clinical trials in China. The company has a collaboration and license agreement with Janssen Biotech, Inc. for the development and commercialization of cilta-cel, as well as a license agreement with Novartis Pharma AG for the development, manufacture, and commercialization of CAR-T cell therapies targeting delta-like ligand protein 3. Reading the stored fundamentals…
Dated 52-week rows are the highest and lowest CLOSE and the day each happened, which sits a little inside the intraday range a vendor quotes. Quotes are refreshed once a night — during a session the price above is the previous close.
Is the price low against peers, cash flow and analyst targets?
1 of 6 checks could not be assessed (no PEG ratio is stored).
Do analysts expect earnings and revenue to keep growing?
Only 3 of 6 checks could be assessed because too few analysts cover it and there is no analyst coverage stored; 4 are needed.
Has the business grown and earned good returns on its filed numbers?
Can the balance sheet carry its debt?
Is the dividend decent, covered and steady?
No dividend appears in the stored data, so this axis is left off the shape rather than drawn as zero.
An axis marked n/a has no vertex: it is left out of the shape rather than drawn as zero.
Each axis asks six plain questions of the stored data. A check that passes counts one. A check the stored data cannot answer is left out of the count, never counted as a fail, and an axis needs four answerable checks to show a result. Axes are never added together: there is no overall score. The thresholds are conventional rules of thumb and are blunt across sectors, so each check is listed with its rule and the figure it used.
